As a telehealth dietitian based in the Greater Boston area, I am committed to helping my clients both in and out of Massachusetts.

Nutrition Coaching

My unique approach uses process improvement tools and methods to quickly and efficiently meet your health and wellness goals.During our introductory session, we will: discuss your current lifestyle; develop and prioritize clear, measurable, and achievable long-term goals; use process improvement tools to explore the root cause(s) preventing you from meeting these goals effectively; and develop short-term objectives for the identified root cause(s) which can be addressed through education and planning. Before the end of our first session, we will plan 1-3 interventions you will implement over the next 1-2 weeks with clear success measures.At each planning/coaching session, we will study how your intervention(s) went by analyzing your outcomes, debriefing any challenges you faced, and reinforcing any behaviors that supported your success.During check-ins, we will touch base on how your intervention is going and trouble-shoot any unexpected challenge you may be facing.When just starting out, weekly meetings and short, 1-week interventions will help you achieve your short-term goals and set you on a strong path for achieving your long-term goals. As you meet and surpass more of your short-term goals, our meetings can become shorter and less frequent while still allowing you to make progress.Once we’ve optimized your interventions in a way that makes them feel effortless, shorter check-in meetings can be scheduled at a pace that feels right for you to help with accountability and to reinforce the changes you’ve made.

Pricing

1:1 Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching sessions to meet your needs. All sessions are conducted virtually.

  • Introductory Call: Free (30 minutes)

  • First Appointment: $175 (90 minutes)

  • Planning/Coaching Session: $175 (60 minutes)

  • Follow-ups: $85 (30 minutes)

Coaching Packages

  • Launch: $765 (Save $275) - 4 Planning/Coaching Sessions + 4 Check-ins. Recommended for those new to working with me or for those with multiple goals.

  • Scale: $400 (Save $120) - 2 Planning/Coaching Sessions + 2 Check-ins. Recommended for those who've completed at least 1 launch package and have 1-2 goals they are focusing on.

  • Optimize: $330 (Save $100) - 1 Planning/Coaching Session + 3 Check-ins. Recommended for those who've completed at least 1 launch and 1 scale package and are optimizing the intervention(s) of 1-2 goals.

  • Maintain: $240 (Save $100) - 4 Check-ins. For those who've accomplished their goals and need accountability.

  • Note: For your first package, your first planning/coaching session will be a 90-minute introduction session.

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Tufts University School of Medicine. I have worked as a clinical dietitian in bariatric surgery and weight management, adult acute care, and adult long-term acute care.What sets me apart from other practitioners is my passion for using process improvement tools and methods to help you identify the most optimal method(s) for achieving your health and wellness goal(s).By combining evidence-based nutrition education with effective data-driven strategies, I will help you set clear goals, create a personalized plan for achieving them, and help you to measure your progress.
